Crumlin Swimming Pool has been reopened to the public under new ownership.
Swan Leisure previously announced they would be taking over the Windmill Road pool from its former owners and closed it temporarily for minor renovations. The pool reopened this Monday morning to the general public.
Swan Leisure members can access both the pool and gym facilities, as well as activities such as aqua aerobics and triathlon coaching, under their €30 monthly membership. The public can enjoy swim sessions at the 25 metre pool at a cost of €6.50 per session.

Swan Leisure staff wrote on Facebook: “We are so excited to open Swan Leisure @ Crumlin on Monday the 3rd of October. Our opening hours are 7am-9pm Monday to Thursday; 7-8pm on Fridays; 9-5pm on Saturdays and 10-4pm on Sundays. We will have a section of the pool available for public swimming at all times so feel free to pop in anytime.”
This will be Swan Leisure’s second venture, as they already have a gym and pool facility open in Rathmines. The gym previously confirmed that an autism friendly hour, which is in place in the Rathmines branch, would also be accessible in Crumlin. There will be no music or hairdryers in operation for the hour and priority queuing for those with autism will be in place.
The gym advertised a range of services on offer to mark its opening day, including a rookie lifeguard course. This service is available for 8-15 year olds interested in completing lifeguard training. The programme runs in a ten week block for €100 and equips teenagers will skills such as pool safety, first aid and water rescue.
Swan Leisure can be contacted for further information at 01 496 7908 or at ccorrineswanleisure@gmail.com.
