Cristiano Ronaldo is preparing for his return to Manchester United with training sessions at Real Mallorca.
Ronaldo has spent his summer break in Mallorca as he unwinds following his side's underwhelming 2021/22 campaign. Taking to Instagram, Ronaldo shared a picture of himself at the La Liga club's training ground with the hashtag 'done' in the caption.
United's top goalscorer last season looked to have been well and truly put through his paces in the Spanish heat. Rumours in recent days have linked Ronaldo with a move away from Old Trafford after United failed to qualify for the Champions League.

However, suggestions from both Erik ten Hag and the man himself seem to imply that the forward is more than happy in Manchester. United's manager went as far as to say that he wants to find a place for Ronaldo in his starting XI next season.
Meanwhile, Ronaldo explained how he is looking forward to working with his new boss. With 24 goals in his maiden season back at United, the Portugal captain will be hoping to continue his fine form as United look to put their dismal campaign behind them.
