Cristiano Ronaldo in on air Manchester United reunion with Roy Keane and Gary Neville as he crashes Liverpool pre match

Manchester United hero Cristiano Ronaldo crashed Sky Sports' punditry team ahead of facing Liverpool to greet former Old Trafford teammates Roy Keane and Gary Neville.

Erik ten Hag is looking to get his first English Premier League victory after a disappointing start to life at United following his move from Ajax, and made four changes from the side that crashed to a 4-0 defeat to Brentford including dropping superstar forward Ronaldo. The Portugal international was put on the bench as United look to see off Jurgen Klopp 's side on home turf and kickstart their league campaign.

However, Ronaldo wasn't shy of getting some screen time before kick-off when he spotted former United pals Neville and Keane on the sidelines giving their pre-match analysis. Following his warm-up, the 37-year-old old joined the Sky Sports pair while they were giving their thoughts ahead of the Monday Night Football showdown.

However, former Liverpool hero Jamie Carragher barely got a look in. Ronaldo totally blanked the pundit as he walked from Neville to Keane.

During the friendly chat, Keane couldn't resist putting Ronaldo on the spot about being on the bench. The microphones picked up the former Old Trafford skipper telling Ronaldo to 'get in the team'. The striker can be heard saying "I know, I know" as he walks away.
