Cristiano Ronaldo has given Piers Morgan's son the boots he scored his 'final Manchester United goals in' - as more bombshells continue to emerge.
Ronaldo, 37, has dominated the headlines since the first quotes from his sensational interview with Morgan emerged on Sunday night. The Portugal international has criticised his employers and several former colleagues - including Ralf Rangnick and Wayne Rooney.
Ronaldo has scored just three goals for United this season - with his most recent coming in the 3-0 Europa League win against Sheriff on October 27 - and many critics have questioned his form and future in recent months. The veteran forward has turned to broadcaster Morgan to reveal his side of the story and give his son Spencer a telling gift.
Spencer has posted an image of Ronaldo's yellow Nike boots on Instagram, as well as a video of the player confirming they were his. Referring to his poor record this season, Ronaldo joked: "I scored a few goals [wearing these boots] - not many! But I scored a few."
Spencer wrote: "Christmas came early this year. Thank you Cristiano for the boots you banged your final Man Utd goals in. Now let's find you a new club."
Morgan reacted to his son's Instagram post by commenting - "Ahem, 'Thanks Dad'" - while Gary Lineker's son George wrote, "Elite."

Spencer's post may further antagonise Ronaldo's employers United, as it suggests the player wants to leave Old Trafford as soon as possible. Many critics believe there's no way back for the five-time Ballon d'Or winner at Old Trafford following his latest outburst.
Ronaldo tried to leave United in the summer but failed to find a new club. He then damaged his relationship with the Red Devils by refusing to come on and storming down the Old Trafford tunnel during their 2-0 win against Tottenham last month.
Ronaldo may struggle to find a new club again in January considering his high wage bill, as he reportedly earns £500,000-a-week at Old Trafford. Champions League hopefuls Napoli, Sporting Lisbon and Chelsea have been linked with the star in recent months.
Other realistic options for Ronaldo include a move to an MLS club or a Saudi Arabian team. It's believed the Portuguese superstar's only concrete offer in recent months was a contract worth more than £200million from an unknown Saudi Arabian outfit.
Although Ronaldo could end up playing in the United States, it's highly unlikely he will join Rooney's DC United. Rooney has criticised Ronaldo for his conduct in recent months and has suggested he's no longer one of the world's best players due to his advancing years.
Morgan asked Ronaldo if he thinks Rooney is jealous of him. Ronaldo controversially replied, "Probably, because he finished his career in his 30s. I'm still playing at a high level, I'm not going to say that I'm looking better than him, which is true."
