Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly interested in joining David Beckham's Inter Miami, as the fallout from his sensational interview with Piers Morgan continues.
Ronaldo, 37, has left his Manchester United future in doubt after launching a scathing attack on the club's owners the Glazers and manager Erik ten Hag. He's also criticised their appointment of ex-boss Ralf Rangnick and club legends Gary Neville and Wayne Rooney.
United are waiting for the full interview to be released on Wednesday and Thursday before they decide what action to take. Some critics have urged them to sack Ronaldo, while others believe they should let him leave Old Trafford in the January transfer window.
According to The Sun, Miami owner Beckham wants to lure Ronaldo to Florida ahead of the 2023 MLS campaign. Miami are one of the most ambitious clubs in the United States, as they are also believed to be interested in the likes of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.
It's claimed Beckham has spoken to Ronaldo's representatives and the player is interested in the move. Messi remains Beckham's number one target, but Ronaldo's availability has alerted the Miami chief. LAFC and LA Galaxy are also thought to be keen on him.
There is a gap in Miami's squad following the retirement of Gonzalo Higuain. Ronaldo is not said to be concerned about working with Miami manager Phil Neville, despite being in the middle of a spat with his brother Gary. Beckham is also close friends with Gary.

Ronaldo is one of the greatest footballers of all time after winning seven league titles, five Champions Leagues and Euro 2016 - among other honours. Yet the five-time Ballon d'Or winner's stock has plummeted since his return to Old Trafford in August 2021.
United endured a miserable 2021/22 campaign with Ronaldo leading their attack. Although the Portugal international scored 24 goals that term, the Red Devils finished sixth in the Premier League table and failed to win a trophy for a fifth consecutive season.
United have improved under new manager Erik ten Hag this season, but Ronaldo has struggled to nail down a place in the team. He's scored just three goals in 16 appearances and is now playing a supporting role in the squad for the first time in a long time.
Ronaldo hit the headlines for the wrong reasons in October when he refused to come on as a substitute and stormed down the tunnel in the 2-0 Premier League win against Tottenham. He was dropped from Ten Hag's squad for his behaviour.
Ronaldo has now angered United chiefs even further following his latest outburst. "I don’t have respect for him [Ten Hag] because he doesn’t show respect for me," the footballer told Morgan. "If you don’t have respect for me, I’m never gonna have respect for you."
On Rangnick, Ronaldo said: "If you’re not even a coach, how are you going to be the boss of Manchester United? I’d never even heard of him."
