Cristian Stellini has suggested that Tottenham players such as Arnaut Danjuma will get more of a look-in during his time in charge of the club.
One criticism from the Spurs fans of Antonio Conte was that he rarely rotated his line-up, so when he did the players looked disjointed and lacking in sharpness. Some new players barely got a look-in at all such as summer signing Djed Spence, who had to leave on loan in January to Rennes to get some game time, and the January arrival Danjuma.
As with Spence, the 26-year-old Netherlands international found himself referred to as a "club signing" by Conte and the Italian even admitted that the on-loan Villarreal attacker did not actually fit his system. Danjuma has had just 47 minutes of action accordingly across four matches since arriving in January.

Stellini, who took over from Conte last week, was asked whether those Tottenham players who have been frozen out before will now get a chance under him.
"Yes, absolutely, this is important and one point I have to work on," he said.
"What’s important is that we have an important target to reach, which is important for everyone, because everyone can have an important feeling and impact on the future if we reach this target. So that has to be the point, that we can create unity between us.
"So this is the most important and something fresh. We don’t want to change what we did in the past otherwise we wouldn’t be here. We are where we want to be, we can challenge, we can reach the target, this is what we want, this is what we have to fight for."
Stellini now has 10 games to make his mark on the team and an April in particular that brings a match against Everton on Monday night, then home games against Brighton and Bournemouth before a huge week in the top four race with trips to Newcastle and Liverpool sandwiching a clash against Manchester United at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
"We think day by day, we don't have to think about the next four or the other matches for other teams," said the acting head coach. "We want to win the next game and we're not thinking about anything else, and we know we have to work well for that to happen."
