A sex pest care worker has been banned from his profession after putting a workmate through months of abuse.
Gerald McAnally spouted foul comments at the horrified woman (ZZ), asking her to send him pictures of herself in "sexy underwear", suggesting they could have sex then telling her she should try a lesbian relationship.
The creep's outrageous behaviour while working as a support worker with the Richmond Fellowship in Paisley was laid bare in a report published this week by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).

It revealed the catalogue of harassment started in February 2021 when he asked her if she had any "secret lovers hidden in cupboards". It continued into March when he sent her multiple inappropriate messages, including telling her they should have sex.
The woman responded by telling him his suggestion was "ridiculous", and felt uneasy when he mentioned a photograph of her on Facebook to colleagues and messaged her again suggesting they meet up.
In late April he sent the woman another message telling her "it’s very hot, you should wear something loose and low cut" and "I will cut it into a sexy low cut crop top".
His behaviour went on with a message suggesting she visit him while on a sleepover, telling her "please visit, I’ll make you welcome".
Days later he approached the woman from behind and kissed her neck without consent, later telling her he must be doing something wrong because she wasn't interested, adding "you have got me for nothing and you don’t want me".
However, McAnally's disgraceful comments didn't stop there, he later added "shops are open if you need any sexy underwear" and "if I said you had a beautiful body would you hold it against me".
The SSSC ruled his behaviour caused emotional harm to the lady, and ordered he be removed from the register allowing him to work in the caring industry, and pointed out: "Placing a colleague in a vulnerable and distressing position has the potential to impact their work and therefore the level of care provided to service users.
"Your behaviour was persistent over a period of two months, despite ZZ asking you to stop, which demonstrates a disregard for the welfare of others .
"Your responsibilities under the SSSC Codes of Practice. Your behaviour demonstrates values issues which are fundamentally incompatible with professional registration."
