A leaker suggested that the next title to arrive on Xbox Game Pass is Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, which will be coming to the subscription service sometime next month.

The claim comes from reliable leaker eXtas1stv, who was previously responsible for correctly revealing that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 would come to Xbox Game Pass. The latter was expected to come to the subscription service on July 24, 2024.

Crash Bandicoot Coming to Xbox Game Pass

Now, eXtas1stv says that the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy will become available for Xbox Game Pass subscribers on Aug. 8, 2024, noting that it is "100 percent confirmed."

He had previously claimed that the game would arrive in August but has now given a specific date.

If the claim is found to be true, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy would be the next of Activision's back catalog to come to the subscription service after the completion of the purchase of Activision Blizzard for $68.7 billion, according to Eurogamer.

Back in March 2024, another highly popular Blizzard game was added to Xbox Game Pass, Diablo IV.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is a remastered compilation that features the first three games in the franchise. It was developed by Vicarious Visions and published by Activision.

On the other hand, the developer for Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, Toys for Bob, has already split from Activision in order to go independent. However, its next game will be published by Xbox.

More and More Activision Blizzard Games

Recently, Microsoft also overhauled its Xbox Game Pass tiers, removing day-one releases for the basic tier and increasing the price across the board. This was a decision that came ahead of the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.

The original post that eXtas1stv made about Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy coming to Xbox Game Pass noted that the game would be available on PC and consoles.

However, the confirmation that the game will also have Xbox Cloud Gaming support is still unknown, said GameRant.

While it has been relatively slow, Activision Blizzard games are finally making their way to the subscription service and are starting to be more regular.

Diablo IV came out on Xbox Game Pass six months after the acquisition but now, there are several games set to arrive in the next few months.

The leaker also claimed earlier this month that Spyro Reignited Trilogy and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 will arrive in Xbox Game Pass after Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. However, there has been no mention of a specific month for those titles yet, according to PureXbox.
