Craig Moore in damning Rangers and Celtic 'clear style' comparison as he names 3 major issues for Gio van Bronckhorst

Frustrated Craig Moore reckons Gio van Bronckhorst still hasn't found a "clear style" at Rangers as the former Ibrox hero handed the Ibrox boss a long list of problems to solve urgently.

Rangers dropped their first points of the campaign against Hibs as Lee Johnson's side netted a late goal to earn a 2-2 draw in the capital against the nine man Light Blues. That allowed Celtic to lay down a marker less than 24 hours later as they made in three wins from three with a victory over Hearts in Glasgow's east end to move to the top of the Scottish Premiership.

The performance of referee Willie Collum at Easter Road has dominated the talking points after Rangers ' disappointment in the capital, Moore reckons there is deeper issues for Van Bronckhorst to worry about at this stage of the season. He reckons that the boss doesn't know his best starting line-up, that side don't attack enough and that the summer transfer recruits have not lived up to expectations so far.

He contrasted that with Ange Postecoglou's all-out attacking philosophy put in place at Celtic Park. Moore told The Go Radio Football Show: "I don’t think Rangers have really got into any kind of rhythm so far this season.

"The players that have come in haven’t really hit the ground running, which is what you need, and what you certainly want to see. I also think in terms of team selection Giovanni is chopping and changing a little bit because of the scheduling.

"I think players are not really getting any rhythm or confidence. Domestically I would like to see Rangers being more attacking. They can go and attack domestically in every game.

"Giovanni, I think is a wonderful coach. I think he is brave enough to make changes tactically.

"I would just like to see more. There is a really clear style of play for Celtic. I am still struggling to see what style (there is at Rangers).

"It's very patient, it's a little too deliberate and they take too long to get the ball to the forward players. I am struggling to see a clear style."
