Cove Rangers will play Championship football next season after securing promotion this afternoon.
Paul Hartley's side were crowned League One champions following a 1-0 win at home to Dumbarton.
The Aberdeenshire outfit went into today's clash five points clear at the top of the table with Airdrie the side in second.
And a win today made Cove impossible to catch with just one game left to play in this year's League One campaign.
Mitch Megginson's strike was the only goal of the game as the skipper slotted home in the 75th minute to secure all three points for his side.
The points took Cove's total to 76 for the season with three more to play for.
The Aberdeenshire side now celebrate three promotions in four seasons.
They were crowned champions of the Highland League in the 2018/19 season before another promotion a year later after winning Scottish League Two.
And now the ambitious club are set to play Championship football with the Premiership in their sights.
Despite thumping Clyde by five goals to nil on the road, Airdrie will have to settle for a play-off place in their bid for promotion.
Goals from Rhys McCabe, Callum Smith, Callum Gallagher, Kyle MacDonald and Jonathan Afolabi made it an easy three points for The Diamonds who have secured the runners up spot.
