Courteney Cox drew attention to her 56th birthday in style as she shared a video of her performing an impressive dive.
The former Friends actress looked incredible as she plunged into the water dressed in a chic tie bikini.
In the slow motion video, Courtney showed off her incredibly taut stomach and toned limbs as she jumped headfirst into the water.
"Gracefully diving into this next year..." she joked in the caption adding the hashtag 'oaf'.
Celebrity pals of the Monica Geller star rushed to send her birthday wishes.
Comedian Chelsea Handler wrote: "Happy birthday, CC!" while actress Kate Hudson sent her a string of love hearts.
Friends fans were also delighted to see Courteney's former co-stars dedicate special posts to her.
Lisa Kudrow, who is one of Courteney's close pals in real life, shared a picture of them cuddled up together.
"Happy birthday @courteneycoxofficial, My genius generous gorgeous grounded great good FRIEND. I love you."
Despite her apparent joy at turning 56, Courteney previously admitted she had a 'hard time' with ageing and turned to fillers to try and freeze her looks.
After saying she barely recognised herself, Courteney decided she'd gone too far and had all the treatments diluted.
"You have to accept getting older, and that’s something that I had a hard time doing,” she told People magazine.
"I didn’t realise it until one day I kind of stepped back and went, ‘Oh, I don’t look like myself.
"Now I just embrace who I am and getting older with what God gave me, not what I was trying to change," she added.
Last month Courteney delighted a Friends fan by joining him for a virtual meet-up on webchat.
Naftali Arden organised a 'Friends' themed bar mitzvah and was stunned to get a call up from an impressed Courteney.
Tables at Naftali's event were named after each other six main characters in the show and there was a foosball table like the one in Joey and Chandler's apartment for guests to entertain themselves on.
Courteney told the delighted teen - who was born two years after Friends ended in 2004 - that she would send him a foosball table as a present after his efforts.
