A couple managed to bag some extra room on a flight by pretending to have a young child.
As beautiful as babies may be, one of the few situations they rarely enhance is a commercial jet.
If you've flown a few times, then there is a good chance you've spent a cramped plane ride struggling to sleep the early start away while an otherwise charming tot struggles to deal with the air pressure change.
TikToker Olivia Lynne and her boyfriend decided to take advantage of people's aversion to children on flights to guarantee some extra room on a recent journey.
In a recent video the creator points her camera towards the empty middle seat of a plane aisle.
Sitting on the other side next to the window is her partner cradling what appears to be a very small baby swaddled in a blanket.

As becomes clear, it is actually just a jumper wound up to make it look as it there is a little bundle of joy inside.
In the comments beneath the video some people praised the couple for their crafty work, one person dubbing the move "brilliant" and another "a keeper".
"He's a genius, I'm taking notes," another fan wrote.
Others were a little impressed with the ploy, claiming the trick would not stop them from hopping into the middle seat.
"How's that gonna work when someone has to sit there? Because if my ticket says 26-B next to you, I'm sitting in 26-B!" one person pointed out.
Another added: "That's the seat I look for. I know parents don't want to be split up so they'll inevitably give up the window or aisle."
Wangling your way an unfair advantage while flying is not always the most popular thing a passenger can do.
Last year a holidaymaker invoked fury after pretending he needing a wheelchair to skip a large airport queue.
Wolf Jenkins cheerfully filmed himself dodging more than two-hours of queues at Milas-Bodrum Airport in Turkey by pretending he had sprained his ankle.
The 28-year-old student posted a video of his exploits on TikTok having made it back home to Bristol two weeks ago.
“When we arrived at the airport the queue was out of the door and we knew we would have missed our flight," he wrote.
“I’d say around a two hour wait to get through security and check in at least. The queue outside of the airport was insane, I didn’t expect it at all.
“I saw people in wheelchairs being pushed through so my friend waited in the queue and I went outside and took off my shoe and sock."
When he limped into the airport a member of staff quickly asked if he needed help, prompting Wolf to claim that he had twisted his ankle.
“I was then ushered through security and to check in immediately and they asked me if I had a fit to fly form but I said I have only just done it and that I could walk if necessary," he continued.
“But they said not to worry about it and let me through."
Wolf claimed his friends were given whole row of six seats to sit with each other on the flight.
And he admitted: “It was all just a way to get through and make sure we didn’t miss our flight.”
At one point Wolf wrote "Wheelchair only, thanks so much" as he was rolled through a reserved line of security checks.
When he made it to Bristol Airport he is seen spinning himself around in the wheelchair before putting his shoe on and walking away.
Unsurprisingly Wolf's boasts were not met with much enthusiasm online, where the video has been viewed more than a million times.
One TikTok commenter wrote: "Wow, new low...". Another simply wrote "miserable".
"It just makes me so angry when I see p***** like him abusing the system," a third added.
"It’s a limited service and takes it from someone genuinely needing help through."
Someone else added: "Two words, even his mate said “d*** head”, and a third added, "What a t*** pot".
