Countryfile presenter Helen Skelton has announced that she and her husband Richie Myler have split up.
The 38-year-old TV star took to Instagram last night to make the shock announcement.
The couple had just welcomed their third child together four months ago - a daughter named Elsie Kate.
The heartbroken new mum shared two heartbreak emojis as she wrote an emotional message with fans.
"Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple," she wrote.
"He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co parent our small children."
She finished the emotional message by using two broken heart emojis.
Helen married the England rugby star in 2013 and they have three children together, Ernie, six, Louis, five, and four-month-old Elsie Kate.
The shock announcement came just hours after Helen had shared a lengthy message about the struggles of motherhood.
"A mama is always full of emotions. Full of love," the post read.
"Full of anxiety and worries. Full of exhaustion and lack of energy. Full of mum guilt and doubt. Full of pride in her kids. Full of pure joy.
"She feels it all, that's the beauty of her, she carries it all, too.
"And yet she gets up every day and does it all over again."
It was only last week that Helen was posting snaps looking happy on a family holiday.
She shared the pics of her looking amazing just months after giving birth to the couple's newest arrival.
She also shared images of her playing around with her kids in what seemed to be a happy family holiday, although Richie wasn't in the pics.
Helen donned a skimpy black swimming costume and chunky black sunglasses, while she had her blonde locks tied up in a ponytail and her followers were quick to shower her with praise.
On New Year's Eve she announced the birth of her third child.
Shortly after she revealed the emotional reason behind the tot's name.
Speaking with Hello! Magazine, Helen revealed that she gave birth to her third child on December 28.
And she explained: "We were always going to have Kate as a middle name after my cousin, who sadly passed away when we were in our 20s.
"I was really close to her, she was a scientist and crazy cool."
The youngster was also the star's biggest of the brood, weighing 7lb 8oz at birth.
