Odell Beckham Jr.’s release from the Miami Dolphins made Friday NFL headlines. OBJ’s Dolphins stint was brief. Since his spring signing, he has dealt with off-the-field issues and never really got into a groove with the team.

He is a free agent. Teams could be interested in adding him for a potential playoff run. It happened before when the Cleveland Browns released him during the 2021 season. OBJ landed with the Los Angeles Rams and got a Super Bowl ring and a torn ACL the same night.
The theories have already bombarded the internet. Which team will take a chance on OBJ? The Baltimore Ravens have been mentioned because he played there in 2023.
An even more intriguing reunion might be considered.
Could Odell Beckham Jr. And Baker Mayfield End Up As Teammates Again?
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers could be interested in OBJ. Chris Godwin is out with a season-ending injury, and Mike Evans has battled injuries this year.
If it happened, OBJ would be reunited in Tampa Bay with Baker Mayfield, his former Cleveland Browns quarterback. Browns fans who unfortunately have not much to cheer about this season would be extremely interested in this potential matchup.

OBJ’s in-season release by the Browns was largely due to locker-room issues resulting from his father’s lengthy social media video criticizing Mayfield and his inability to get his son the ball.
Years have passed. Mayfield and OBJ have been very friendly when seeing each other. Both have moved on from their tumultuous Browns’ tenures to new teams. Is the relationship solid enough to make another run as teammates? We may never find out if OBJ signs elsewhere.
