Cotswolds electric vehicle charger company reports strong momentum

A Wiltshire-based electric vehicle home charging manufacturer has reported strong growth since production started in June 2021.

Simpson & Partners, located in Malmesbury, was launched in 2022 by two of the original co-founders behind Andersen EV. The company shipped its 3,000 product in May 2023 and is now preparing to scale production to cater to increased demand, with UK deliveries of electric vehicle reaching 46,626 in March 2023.

The brand’s first products, The Home Series, include a trio of wall boxes, smaller than an A4 sheet of paper and engineered using materials that are reliable and built to last. Since launch, the product portfolio has expanded to include a new Wireless Solar Monitor and Cable Hook.

All the chargers are designed and manufactured from a 6,000sq. metre facility, with a maximum capacity of 5,000 units per month.

The Cotswolds company gives back to its team, customers and local community; most recently it donated a unit to the local secondary school raffle to to which raised more than £1,000 towards a volunteering trip to Ghana.
