An Edinburgh pub is searching for a new owner to the over and run the premises in an “affluent” neighbourhood of the city.
Greene King are looking for a keen individual to take the keys of Spiers pub in the north of the capital.
Tucked away just round the corner from the Royal Botanic Gardens and Inverleith Park, with the site formerly a busy watering hole.
With the capacity to sell both drinks and meals, the cosy pubs recently undergone a renovation, giving it a new lease of life.
Located on the corner of the street, the bar has proved popular in the past, with the site showing sports games and providing “great entertainment.”

As well as a decent-sized table area and booths, the pub also has a licensed area out at the front that can be used as patio seating.
Desperate to see the pub back up and running, Greene King have advertised the turnover as being nearly £300,000 each year, with the company also offering a “flexible foundation agreement” to whoever chooses to take it on.
Speaking about Spiers, they said: "Spiers in Edinburgh is a 100 percent wet led community local, known locally for offering great entertainment and good quality bar snacks.
"The bar sits in an affluent area where local customers have a higher than average income. The pub has benefited from a refurbishment this year and is in good order throughout."
