An Edinburgh restaurant and bar has been left over the moon after being nominated for the best gastropub in Scotland.
Woodland Creatures on Leith Walk have thanked customers for their support after being put forward for the coveted award.
Known for their craft beers, quirky decor and delicious food, the venue also run live music and serve up some incredible Sunday roasts.
Featuring both indoor and outdoor areas, the pub is child and dog friendly, making it ideal for customers of all ages.

Run by the Scottish Entertainment Awards, the competition is open to venues al over the country, with the likes of Glasgow’s Ox and Finch and The Tinsmith in Dundee also receiving nominations.
According to the event, nominees for the gastropub category must be "far more than just pub grub", and should be able to show they are "leading the way in informal dining."
Businesses with the most nominations will be taken forward to the finals later in 2022, with Woodland Creatures already being mentioned by the awards as one to watch.
Speaking on social media, the bar thanked their customers for their support in the competition as well as throughout the pandemic.
They said: "Thanks so much to everyone who has voted for us so far - if you haven't voted yet, we would really appreciate it!
"After a difficult couple of years, recognition like this genuinely means so so much to us!"
