Petrol prices have hit another record high this week following an EU ban on most Russian oil imports.
The average price of a litre of fuel at UK forecourts now stands at 173p per litre, meaning families will now pay around £95.16 to fill an average five litre car with unleaded petrol, according to The RAC.
