Cosby Show's Keshia Knight Pulliam announces second baby's birth in her own birthday post

Keshia Knight Pulliam has announced the arrival of her second child - on her own birthday.

The Cosby Show alum, 44, welcomed the tot to the world alongside husband Brad James and gushed her family is now "complete".

The actress, who played Rudy in the sitcom, posted to social media to announce the latest addition to the family.

Posting to her 2.1million Instagram followers, Keshia said: "With this little one we are complete… Happy Birthday to me!!! What an eventful birthday week…"

She went on to thank her followers for their birthday wishes too.

To make her reveal, she posted a playful clip of her and hubby Brad, 41, in the hospital wearing scrubs.

As she lay on the bed she told him she was waiting for the signal to push while Brad joked: "This is how grown people play doctor" before asking Keshia about her symptoms and diet.

The clip ended with a still shot of the duo with Keshia's daughter Ella, 6, from her previous marriage to Ed Hartwell, and their newborn son.

She stopped short of announcing the name of the newest arrival, or the date he was born.

Sharing the love in the comments section was Fresh Prince of Bel Air star Tatyana Ali who gushed: "Happy happy birthday."

TV personality Karen Derrico also sent her well wishes and joked: "Aww congratulations girl! You just have 12 more to catch up with me!"

Keshia and Brad first shared the news they were expecting a baby back in December.

At the time, she gushed to her followers: "Baby James coming 2023!!"

Last month she revealed the couple were having a baby boy, who is their rainbow child following a previous miscarriage.

Keshia had opened up about her fertility journey on the Tamron Hall Show, explaining she made the decision to freeze her eggs prior to the latest arrival.

And she continued to say how "good" it felt that she was able to grow her family with Brad.

She said on the show: "Not that I’ve been trying to hide it, but when you’ve had a miscarriage, when you’ve gone through this journey, you want to just enjoy this moment and want to make sure that everything is OK."
