Coronation Street viewers were left puzzled tonight over a string of 'missing' scenes on the ITV soap.
The ITV soap has been airing some big storylines recently, including the non-consensual sex storyline between Amy and Aaron as well as Justin's stalking of Daisy and Beth's apology after slapping Hope. However, fans have been left puzzled as they claim one storyline has been completely omitted from the show now despite it being a key one just a few weeks back.
As the episode began, viewers were warned about some "upsetting scenes and some violence" ahead. It left some fans feeling frustrated as they fumed over the scenes ahead - but it left others thinking they might have missed something.
Some viewers were puzzled that there has been no mention about the drug dealing and the Bistro being caught up in Damon's plans. He is currently in jail but is heading back to the Cobbles soon.
"What's happened to the Bistro drug storyline? Seems like its been completely forgotten about #Corrie," one penned, whilst another added: "What happened to Jacob's dad? The storyline just stopped when he was arrested #corrie."
Iain MacLeod previously revealed that there will be a softer side shown to Damon soon.
"We've brought him in to put the cat among the pigeons - and he's certainly done that, I think you'd agree. But what we're doing over the next few months is seeing that he's got a different side to him," he said.
"He has got — I wouldn't say a soft centre, but he's got a heart. He will try to change - after making a really, really big mistake - to try and turn his life around and go straight for a while. There will be a love interest that will be part of his decision to try and turn his life around. He's still going to be a bad boy but a reformed bad boy is still kind of sexy though, right?"
Damon will return next week with a big offer for Adam and his team, keen for them to represent him.
Dee Dee is still reeling after Damon's true identity was revealed amid the start of a liaison for the pair, so she will be less than impressed to see him back and wants her company to represent him. Whilst she might not be so keen, Adam is and he thinks it'll be great for the firm, at least financially, as Damon has lots of money to spend with them on his case.
