Coronation Street fans have worked out who Stephen Reid's next victim will be.
The killer has already seen to the end of Leo Thompkins after he raised his suspicions about fleecing his mother Audrey for all her money to pay off his debts. Fans are now convinced they've worked out who he will target next as he gets close to another resident.
So far, Stephen has been able to manipulate his mother Audrey as well as his sister Gail, who was convinced he was working for a pizza delivery company - which he was - but he managed to explain away his connection to Six Fellas.
However, fans of the ITV soap are sure they know who might be Stephen's next victim after spotting a clue tonight.
As Stephen was supported by Elaine after his accident, which he explained away as slipping whilst out with a friend, fans were convinced she could be the one to be targeted by the evil killer next.
"Something tells me Elaine is going to be Stephenâs next victim in #Corrie," one wrote, whilst another added: "But the question is will Stephen have his wicked way with Elaine before he kills her off for her money. #Corrie."
A third shared: "How long before we see elaine stuffed into a bin by Stephen? #Corrie," with a fourth writing: "Is Stephen going to strangle Elaine with his sling? Or chuck her in a wheelie bin? Or shove her in the canal? #corrie."
Stephen actor Todd Boyce previously revealed his character could kill again. He spilled, when asked if Stephen would kill again: "I don't know, I'm not sure. I think he's capable of just killing more people and going on and doing that, but watch this space."
Todd's co-stars are also fearing the worst, he joked, revealing: "In the green room, I've been offered a lot of cups of tea by a lot of people who wanna find out how long I'm going to be doing the show, and how many people I am gonna kill."
Jack P Shepherd, who plays David Platt, has also teased to The Mirror. "If anybody crosses Audrey then you cross all of us. We don't want any harm to come to Audrey so we might have to sort of step in if he does hurt Audrey," he said, "David is getting suspicious, no-one else is.
"He did have some money problems but sort of sorted himself out a little bit ⦠I think David will be the one to say to everyone, âI told you so, from the off I said he was bad news and no one believed meâ. So David will be there for that but I donât want him to uncover the truth because that sounds like heâd be on the chopping board."
