Clearly in a bad way, he's taken to hospital where he learns he must undergo an operation - leaving him fearing the worst.
As he prepares for death, Roy decides to pen a heartbreaking goodbye to his loved ones with personal letters for if he dies.

Next week, Roy is back home and is concealing the news from the hospital from his family and friends, as he silently fears he isn't going to make it.
His little dog Freddie has an operation of his own coming up, and on Monday Roy has been sleep walking.
