Corrie's Lucy Fallon shares sad end to Christmas ahead of giving birth

Former Coronation Street star Lucy Fallon has shared how her Christmas ended badly, ahead of her new baby boy being due in just a few weeks' time.

The Bethany Platt actress is due to give birth to a son on February 2, 2023. She and partner Ryan Ledson, who plays for Preston Northend, announced the happy news back in September.

Lucy, 27, seems to have had a very happy Christmas, as she shared a number of snaps of herself celebrating with loved ones on Instagram.

In the photos, the star can be seen looking very glamorous, with freshly manicured nails and a bold red lip. One picture shows her holding an adorable dog while posing in red and white striped pyjamas, showing off her blossoming bump.

Her hair falls in soft waves and she is all smiles for the camera. Other snaps show Lucy among friends and family, wearing paper Christmas hats and tucking into some festive food.

But in the caption, Lucy explained how things ended negatively. She said: "It may have ended in a sickness bug, but it’s been a holly jolly one with our fam nonetheless. merry Chrysler everyone".

Fans have rushed to wish the actress a speedy recovery. Taking to the comments section, Kaitlyn said: "Merry Christmas, hopefully you feel better soon!".

Emma said: "Get well soon, I've had a sickness bug since Friday night and still suffering", while Nancy said: "The worst! Hope you feel better soon lovely".
