Coronation Street viewers 'work out' surprise way Tyrone Dobbs wedding will be ruined

Coronation Street viewers have "worked out" the surprise way Tyrone Dobbs' wedding will be ruined.

Friday's episode of the long-running soap continued to explore the character's marriage preparations as he prepares to tie the knot with Fiz Brown. Tyrone has kept the wedding a secret from Fiz and has recruited other members in Weatherfield to help make the day special.

In tonight's episode, Tyrone asked Maria Connor to be Fiz's hairdresser. The character, played by Samia Longchambon, was gobsmacked to find out Tyrone had included Spice Girls lyrics in his wedding vows and urged him to reconsider.

Tyrone and Fiz have entered a stable period in their relationship after a turbulent few years. The character, played by Alan Halsall, dumped Fiz to date Alina Pop.

However, he eventually realised Fiz was his true love and Alina exited the Cobbles last year. However, viewers following the show on Twitter are convinced Tyrone's former flame will show up to spoil the Christmas Day wedding.

Owen said: "With the way they are acting Tyrone’s surprise will be wedding of the year they better make it dramatic somewhat with Alina and baby Tyrone in tow"

Doreen added: "Is anyone else thinking: "I'll bloody cheer if Alina pops up at the wedding with Ty Junior in tow"

Gav commented: "Where’s Alina Pop?"
