Coronation Street's Daniel Brocklebank has found love again after his co-star split.
The 43-year-old actor has played Billy Mayhew on the long-running ITV show since 2014. The vicar is one of Weatherfield's most important characters and has been at the centre of the show's most dramatic storylines.
The actor enjoyed a well-deserved break from the Cobbles over the weekend as he attended Lytham Festival with his Corrie co-stars. There was a host of stars at the end as former EastEnders star, Cheryl Fergison, also partied away at the event.
She has taken to Instagram to share snaps alongside Daniel and other Corrie stars including, Tony Maudsley. She took to the social media platform and revealed Daniel was at the festival with his new partner.
She said: "Met some Corrie pals @tonymaudsley1 @danielbrocklebank and his fella @_coulthard what an eve x"
Fans flooded the comments and said Cheryl should make the move from Walford to Weatherfield. Samantha said: "You really need a part in corrie."
Barbara added: "There has to be a part in Corrie for you, come on writers" Steve posted: "I wish you could be in Coronation Street."
Daniel was previously been in a relationship with co-star, Rob Mallard, who plays Daniel Osbourne on Corrie. The soap stars dated in 2017 and made their red carpet debut together at the British LGBT awards.
He is now understood to have found love again after their split.
Rob won the Best Newcomer prize at the British Soap Awards that year - and said his co-star was "the best thing I've taken home this year". However, the couple split two months after going public with their relationship.
