Coronation Street viewers noticed a major narrative issue with murder Stephen's behaviour.
Leo Thompkins felt the full brunt of Stephen a few months ago after a heated clash resulted in his death. Since then, Stephen has kept news of his death under wraps as he's convinced those closest to him that Leo has simply ventured on to his trip to Canada.
Stephen then spun a web of lies but they soon became too much for him to control. Leo's father, Teddy, discovered his son never arrived at his destination and set off to question Stephen on where he could be.

As Teddy headed to the Rovers, clearly the worse for wear, Stephen met him in the street. Teddy revealed he knew Leo had not arrived in Canada and he intended to break the news to Jenny, his fiancée.
As Teddy crossed the street, he was hit by a speeding van that sent him flying down the road. The extent of the collision was so intense, it left viewers shocked with several comparing it to a scene from a graphic horror movie.
One fan said: "I just screamed!" Another added: "That was graphic!" Whilst a third said: "Bloody hell, that was a bit graphic." A final added: "Was that Corrie or Final Destination I was watching?"
