Corrie actress Kate Spencer has shared her joy at getting engaged to her partner Paul Walker.
Kate, who plays Grace Vickers on Coronation Street, revealed the happy news on her Instagram account at the weekend.
Family, friends and her Corrie star pals all rushed to send messages of congratulations after the announcement.
Kate posted a joyful photograph showing off her sparkling engagement ring with a beaming Paul, revealing the story behind the romantic proposal.
She said: "After the Tomahawk steak, before the Tiramisu, and with a coffee in hand, he turned me into an absolute blubbering mess.
Adding: "A million times over, completely and utterly yes."

She shared further photos of the couple beaming on a countryside walk, and a shot of the couple sharing their happy news on a zoom call with family and friends.
Kate first joined Coronation Street in November 2019 to play Grace Vickers, the girlfriend of Michael Bailey, played by actor Ryan Russell.
Ryan was among a host of Kate's soap co-stars sending their congratulations on instagram after her big announcement on Sunday night.
