Helen Flanagan has revealed her two daughters Matilda, seven, and Delilah, four, still sleep in her bed.
The former Coronation Street star, who played Sophie Webster on the ITV soap, shares three young children with footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair.
But while their one year-old son Charlie sleeps in his own room, Helen has opted to be closer to her girls despite having their own bedrooms.
The actress, 31, opened up on their sleeping arrangements during a Q+A session with fans on Instagram.
One fan asked: "Did any of your babies wake you up multiple times a night? If so, what helped you?"
Responding to the message, Helen said: "Charlie has a great routine now, bed at seven and he sleeps through in his cot - wakes up at seven and naps at one.
"I haven't had the waking up in the night but Charlie is my only baby that wanted to sleep on his own. The girls still sleep with me after me doing their room up so lovely for them."
It isn't the first time Helen has discussed her and her children's bedroom routine.
Back in May, the soap star revealed that she hasn't shared a bed with her fiancé Scott for the last seven years - following their birth of their eldest daughter Matilda.
In a lengthy post, Helen explained: "I've always co slept with Charlie and the breast feeding went hand in hand.
"I'm doing my house up at the moment (hence why most of my pics are taken in lounge area as I haven't got round to the rest).
"One of my next jobs is mine and Scott’s room and after seven years it would be nice as a couple to actually share a bed and not feel like flatmates!. I’ve always just co slept with the kids out of easiness and just basically so I can sleep and just function in the morning."
Helen and Scott are still planning to tie the knot following his romantic proposal in May 2018.
Opening up on their long engagement in November last year, Helen revealed the pair are yet to organise their big day properly.
Speaking to The Mirror, she said: "We’re so busy with the kids, we keep getting sidetracked.
"We’ve just moved into our forever home, so we want to do work on that too. Scott [Sinclair] and I have been together for so long now that we’re being lazy about wedding planning.
"But I do want a big wedding to celebrate the fact that we’ve been together since we were 19."
Meanwhile, Helen previously suggested that they might get married in 2023.
"Me and Scott have been together since 2009, we’ve been together forever," she said. "We've kind of done things the wrong way around. We’ve had three children first.
"The thing is, we’re really excited about the wedding but it’s something to look forward to as well, we’ve had our children first.
"Everything's just so uncertain, everybody’s going to get married in 2022 if we get the go ahead to have weddings abroad, so I think it’ll be super busy. So it might be 2023, but I am really excited to plan that."
