Coronation Street star Daniel Brocklebank has branded Sadiq Khan an “absolute disgrace” after he was slapped with a £90 ULEZ fine for leaving London two minutes late.
The soap star, 45, labelled the fine a “robbery” in a rant on social media after his car was seen leaving the capital at 12.02am on February 5.
Brocklebank explained his partner had driven his car from Manchester to London on February 4, picking up his mother and three of her friends.
They were travelling to see Brocklebank in a performance of Figaro: An Original Musical at The London Palladium.
After paying “almost £100” in ULEZ, congestion and parking charges, Brocklebank said he received an additional penalty fine for using his car in London after midnight.

The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) in London charges a daily fee to drive within the zone in non-compliant vehicles.
Charges apply 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, except for Christmas Day.
