Coronation Street spoilers: Imran turns against Abi to get custody of son Alfie

Imran Habeeb will turn on the mother of his child as he fights dirty in a bid to get custody.

Next week on Coronation Street, Imran is forced to find alternative accommodation after splitting from Toyah.

The lawyer's lies were exposed last week after Kevin discovered his name on the birth certificate.

After seeing the document, Kevin had sent a photo of it to Toyah - leading to her outburst with the social worker as they looked to adopt Elsie.

Heartbreakingly for Toyah, who has always wanted a child of her own, she decides against adopting Elsie as she deserves a "proper family".

As Imran hunts for a flat, he tells Abi about his plans to move and suggests she and Alfie move in with him, but she turns him down.

Later, he's alarmed after hearing from Kelly that Abi saved her from taking morphine, in turn being in possession of the bottle herself.

After sharing his fears with Toyah, he tells her that he intends to fight for custody of Alfie and that he wants her to help raise his son.

But how will Toyah react to his suggestion?

Meanwhile, Abi is determined to return to work so that she can afford to buy things for Alfie.

However, she's shocked when she finds out about Imran's plans to fight her for custody of their son.

As a result, Abi meets with her solicitor and tells him that she wants to apply for full custody.

She later approaches Imran and tells him of her intention to fight him all the way for custody.

Yet Imran still has some dirty tricks up his sleeve...

*Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV
