Coronation Street spoilers as Valentine's Day death teased

Valentine's Day is almost here, but the course of true love rarely runs smoothly on Coronation Street.

Adam's ex Lydia is obsessed with him, and she is determined to rip his life apart.

The solicitor was shocked to discover that his car windscreen had been smashed, assuming that a disgruntled former client Jeremy Bremner was behind the vandalism.

Police then stormed Adam and Imran Habeeb's office after receiving a tip-off that there was a firearm on the premises.

And while Adam received anonymous phone calls his wife Sarah found a bouquet of flowers sent with a menacing card reading "next bouquet will be for your funeral."

As the silent calls continued, the camera cut to newcomer Lydia Chambers sitting in the car in the pouring rain with a mobile phone.

Her campaign to ruin Adam's relationship continues, with Sarah left completely unable to know who she can trust.

Their home is broken into, with their stalker snipping off the top of two red roses and leaving a creepy note that reads: "Happy Valentine's Day. It might be your last."

With both Adam and Sarah in serious danger, will one of them meet their death on Valentine's Day?

Elsewhere the Barlows are hellbent on putting a stop to Jacob and Amy's blooming relationship.

Amy collapses in a nightclub, having been spiked.

Steve and Tracy are convinced it was Jacob who drugged their daughter.

When Steve later hears Jacob and Amy are together, he punches Jacob.

Is Jacob as innocent as he claims to be and will any of the Barlows believe that he has turned over a new leaf?

Meanwhile, Daisy seals Valentine’s Day with a kiss as she and Daniel agree to give their relationship another go.

But with Daniel’s worklife in turbulence, will love conquer all?

Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on ITV and ITV Hub
