Coronation Street actress Rula Lenska has reportedly quit the ITV soap following her character Claudia Colby's split from Ken Barlow this evening.
The soap star, 72, first appeared as hairdresser Claudia in 2009 until 2011 and reprised the role in 2018.
After buying old rival Audrey's hair salon, she moved in with Ken and convinced him to move to luxury retirement home Stillwaters.
But it looks like things weren't meant to be and Ken decided to end their relationship to return to Weatherfield.

And neither will actress Rula, it has been reported.
A source told The Sun Online that the door is "definitely open" for Rula.

They added: "But for now Claudia’s life is on the veranda of Stillwaters and Ken belongs in his backstreet boozer."
This evening, Claudia was left very emotional when Ken packed up his bags and announced that he was leaving her and Stillwaters.
She responded: "You’re really going after all I’ve done for you and your family."
"I’ll reimburse you for the cost of Peter’s rehabilitation programme and I’ll make sure you’re not out of pocket for this place," he replied.
However, Claudia later wished Ken goodbye and he surprised his family by suddenly turning up on the doorstep of No. 1.
