Coronation Street actress Millie Gibson has teased Gary Windass could go to extreme lengths in order to save her character Kelly Neelan.
Millie, who recently turned 18, joined Lorraine Kelly in the ITV studio on Wednesday morning to chat all things Corrie.
Her character Kelly is currently holed up in a basement after being kidnapped by a former enemy of her father's, Rick Neelan.
However, Gary is aware of what's going on after realising Kelly didn't spend the night with Aadi Alahan.
As Lorraine and Millie watched a clip of Gary taking a menacing phone call from Kelly's captor, Lorraine commented: "I have got a feeling he's gonna go the full Liam Neeson in Taken, don't you think?"
Millie agreed and replied: "It literally is that, isn't it?"
"It's hard for Kelly to see him in that light because she's always seen him as the the person that she trusts, like a father figure.
"So I think it's gonna be difficult for her to see that redness take over him when he breaks through!" she teased.
"Yeah, and he's terribly, terribly protective of her, that's the thing. So protective of her," Lorraine repsonded.
Elsewhere in the chat, Millie gushed about her admiration for actress Jodie Comer.
"For you as a young actress with everything ahead of you, is there somebody that you really think to yourself, 'that's the sort of career I would like?'"
Millie quickly replied: "I love Jodie Comer. I'm obsessed with Jodie Comer. All of her work is just incredible and her career path is just very idealistic for me."
When Lorraine suggested that being on Corrie is like "going to university for acting", Millie agreed and said: "I have so much respect for soap actors because I don't think people realise what little time we have to prepare for these big storylines all of a sudden.
"So yeah, it's been such an amazing learning experience, you learn every day," Millie added.
Lorraine airs weekdays at 6am on ITV and ITV Hub.
