Coronation Street's Jack P Shepherd was "blown away" as he unveiled a secret project.
The soap actor is renowned for his role as David Platt on the Cobbles. Jack joined the cast in 2000 and has portrayed the character through some of the show's most dramatic storylines.
The troubled teenager was traumatised after he was nearly drowned by infamous Corrie villain, Richard Hillman. The character tormented his family throughout his first decade on the show and served time in a Young Offenders institute after he pushed Gail down the stairs.

David has since married Shona Turner on the show - and the character has matured over the years as his storylines now focus on trying to keep his son, Max Turner, on the right path. Jack's legendary portrayal is set to be recognised with a waxwork at Madame Tussauds in Blackpool.
Madame Tussauds shared a short clip of the construction of Jack's wax figure as the soap star revealed he had sat on "this gossip for over a year". He added: "It's a real honour to be asked by Madame Tussauds Blackpool to be a wax figure. It’s going to be weird; it’s going to be amazing!
"I’m just shocked, I’m honoured, and I’m just blown away!"
Jack is in a relationship with scriptwriter, Hanni Treweek, who swooned with pride after the exciting update. She said: "It’s been so amazing to see how excited you’ve been throughout the process - such an incredible, talented team @mtblackpool @madametussauds huge congratulations to all of you."
