Coronation Street first look pic confirms four lives on the line in gun showdown

Coronation Street have confirmed that four lives will be at risk in tonight's dramatic episode of the popular soap.

ITV have teased fans by releasing some first look images from the tense scenes involving Kelly Neelan and Gary Windass.

Viewers are well aware that actress Millie Gibson is bowing out of the soap tonight, but it's unsure exactly how Kelly will leave Weatherfield.

Thursday's episode ended with Kelly being bundled into the back of a car with baddie Kieron Edgerton pointing a gun at her.

Kelly fell straight into the criminal's trap after calling off her deadly hit on Gary ( Mikey North ) when she experienced serious guilt.

When Gary managed to break free from his kidnappers in the woods, he tried his best to warn Kelly that Kieron (Pat Lally) was on the warpath - but it was sadly too late.

It's now been confirmed that Gary manages to find out where Kieron has taken Kelly - and the group end up on a rooftop together in a very precarious situation.

Kelly is still wearing the red dress she had on for her engagement party with Aadi Alahan, and appears to be stood dangerously close to the edge of the building.

Meanwhile, Gary is being held hostage as Kieron faces them and explains that he is going to kill Kelly and frame her for Gary’s murder, making it look like murder-suicide.

But as a gunshot rings out, who has taken the bullet? And will it be Kelly who leaves Coronation Street in a body bag? Or will she end up killing someone and go on the run?
