Coronation Street favourite Debbie Webster has made a shock return to Weatherfield after 34 years away.
Kevin Webster got a massive surprise when his sister rocked up at the garage during Wednesday night's first episode.
Debbie, played by popular Dinnerladies actress Sue Devaney, made her last appearance on the cobbles in January 1985.
Kevin's sister moved to Southampton with dad Bill Webster when he married Elaine Prior and has not been seen since until her shock return.
Debbie caused drama almost immediately when she turned up to greet her brother because of some confusion with Abi Franklin.
The confused mechanic believed Debbie was actually Martine, the woman who had failed to show up for a date with Kev.
Abi gave her boss' sister a mouthful for standing Kevin up - even calling her a "stuck up cow" and asking if she wanted a slap.
Just as they were about to come to blows, a stunned Kevin spotted his sister and asked: "Debbie, what are you doing here?"
Smiling Debbie said: "Hello you, long time no see. Yeah, I'm his sister."
Excited Corrie viewers flocked to Twitter after watching Debbie' surprise return to the Street.
One fan said: "It's the one and only Debbie Webster"
"OMG...Debbie's changed. Still remember when she fell out with Bill over Daz the biker. Looks different now. Welcome back to the cobbles," added another.
A third said: "Debbie, oh, I love, love, LOVE Sue Devaney! Welcome back to the street."
"Blast from the past!!! Welcome home Debbie Webster!!," said a fourth.
Debbie made her very first appearance on the Street back in June 1984 when she arrived with his dad Bill, played by Richard Armitage.
After failing her GCSEs, Debbie got a job in Jim's cafe but got into trouble in a motorbike accident with Dazz Isherwood.
Debbie helped her dad get together with Elaine and the trio moved to Southampton after her new step mum offered her a job at her salon.
Kevin went to stay with Debbie in 2001 when he found out she was marrying Danny Hargreaves.
In 2011, Sophie went missing from home and Kev phoned his sister to see if she was staying at hers, but she was not.
She was last mentioned in 2011 when Kevin planned to take baby Jack to Debbie's new villa in Turkey.
