Tim Metcalfe has had the weight of the world on his shoulders recently, having hidden his heart condition for more than a month.
Tim, played by Joe Duttine, didn't want to worry his wife Sally after finding out he needed a triple bypass.
But after keeping his health struggles a secret, she finally found out.

Sally became suspicious over Tim's secretive behaviour and even asked him if he was having an affair.
Monday's first episode saw Tim lying in hospital awaiting surgery, visited by his friend Kevin Webster.
Later, Tim's wife came to visit him to clear the air.
But before they could discuss things properly, Tim's mum Elaine turned up, announcing that Faye had called her to tell her what was happening.
Tim was later wheeled down to the operating theatre, but many viewers spotted a problem.
Taking to Twitter, Patty Bee said: "How on earth were they allowed not one but 3 maskless visitors in a hospital ward?
"You have to have had a covid test and self isolate before admittance for surgery. Certainly no visitors allowed even with masks if you were having surgery #Corrie"
Craig S said: "Hang on a minute, where's your mask Sally?"
GerverLydia said: "Hang on where are the masks? And why is Tim allowed THREE visitors? #Corrie"
