Coronation Street fans have predicted that Craig Tinker is set to be involved in a devastating storyline.
During Friday night's hour-long episode, viewers saw the young lad vow to get fitter and healthier after being picked on at work.
Craig, who has taken up a career as a police officer, revealed that his colleagues at work were making cruel jibes.
It comes after he tried to stop a thief at the Kabin by giving chase, but became out of breath.
Speaking to Kirk who was questioning Craig on why he didn't eat the cake his mother Beth brought round to the flat for him, he said: "They call me GBB."
At first he only said that the 'BB' stood for Beach Ball and eventually that the 'G' was for Ginger.
Later in the episode, Craig was then seen telling Toyah and Imran of his fitness plans before heading out on a run.
As he left the door, Imran insensitively muttered: "He's going to die."
But this has left viewers of the ITV soap wondering if this is the start of a particular storyline for Craig.
One questioned: "Are we seeing the beginnings of some sort of eating disorder/excessive exercise storyline for Craig."
"Think Craig has a heart/lung problem going unnoticed," another said.
A third added: "Looks like there is a health related storyline coming up for Craig #Corrie."
