Coronation Street viewers were left horrified tonight as Audrey Roberts suddenly collapsed on the cobbles today.
Audrey has not had the easiest time of it recently after discovering that both of her grandsons have stolen from her.
After a public spat with her grandson Nick in Roy's Rolls, she was hoping to enjoy a champagne lunch with Gail and Leanne.
But on the way there, she ended up collapsing on a bench and clutching her chest, leaving viewers to fear the worst.
One tweeted: "OMG Audrey #corrie @itvcorrie."
While another commented: "Audrey I really hope she's going to be ok. #Corrie."
A third remarked: "OMG. The scriptwriters has better not do anything to Audrey! #corrie #CoronationStreet ditto Rita."
