Coronation Street’s latest backstage photos have confirmed romance for Alya Nazir and Ryan Connor, amid their recent smooch on the soap.
Despite Ryan embarking on a romance with Bethany Platt earlier this year, it seems he’s moved on and now has his eye on Alya.
His mum Michelle sensed a spark between the colleagues recently and attempted to play cupid, while the pals eventually kissed in an episode last week.
Now, it’s been revealed in a behind-the-scenes snap that the romance will continue for the foreseeable.
In scenes recently filmed and expected to air in five or six weeks, Alya and Ryan are all over each other.
The pair seemingly spend the night together, with Alya seen bidding her new man farewell on the doorstep.
Either that, or the Speed Daal worker is greeting Ryan, yet specific details of the scenes are not yet known.
In a super cute moment they appear to be besotted with each other, sharing a kiss outside her flat while sharing an embrace.
Fans are on board with the romance, despite many also wishing he had got with Bethany who will be leaving the soap next year.
