Tributes have been flooding in for a Cork couple who died just two days apart.
Respects are being paid after both Bridget and Denis Connolly passed away on Monday and Wednesday.
The couple lived in Little Island together and were in Oaklodge nursing home in Churchtown. This was where Bridget passed away on Monday before Denis died just two days after his long-time partner.

They leave behind two children and five grandchildren.
Denis, who had worked in the old Our Lady's Hospital and St Stephen's Hospital in Glanmire, was from Dunmanway, while Bridget grew up in Youghal.
Both have since been described as wonderful parents to their son Anthony and daughter Mairead.
The couple will have a joint funeral Mass at the Sacred Heart Church in Glounthaune on Saturday at 11am, after which they will go together to their final resting place, in St Joseph's Cemetery.
One person said Bridget was "very kind" and that she'd "always stop for a chat".
Another added: "Deepest sympathy to the Connolly family and extended families on the sad passing of your beloved parents I had the privilege of knowing Denis well at work over the years. Thoughts and prayers are with you all May they rest in eternal peace."
Another heartfelt tribute read: "They were a part of our lives for many years when they always called to my mother to visit and indeed we had some great visits to their lovely home in Little Island. It’s sad to lose them both together but they were a great couple and now they will rest in peace together."
