Darragh Crowley says he hopes to see the managerial situation at Cork City sorted out soon.
And he would love it if the Leesiders could learn to hold onto a lead.
Then they might not be in the situation they are in right now - second-from-bottom, three points ahead of UCD and four behind Drogheda United.

“It’s very frustrating and something we have to work on,” he said of their struggles to hold onto a lead, something that was highlighted in last week’s defeat to Dundalk.
“It even happened in the games at the start of the season against Shamrock and Sligo Rovers where we also dropped points.
“Dundalk last Friday was probably the pick of the lot, it being so late and the manner of it.
“I was thinking about it on the bus home from Dundalk that we’ve dropped 10 points this season from winning positions. With those 10 points, we’d be flying by now.
“Leading in games shows that we're good enough and have the quality but seeing out games has been a problem.
“That’s along with poor performances in some other games.”
He added: “The last few weeks have been different because we still don’t have a manager.
“We’re looking at our next game rather than long term but we all know that it needs improvement.”
Cork are on the lookout for a new manager following the departure of former City and Ireland midfielder Colin Healy.
Liam Buckley has been helping out in his role as sporting director, while assistant manager Richie Holland has been taking charge.
“I think it’s something everyone would like to see resolved soon,” said Crowley.
“Nobody wants this to be the case, it’s not ideal for anyone really but we’re just concentrating on Sligo.”
He added: “They’ve some good players and a strength of theirs is getting crosses in for their striker (Max Mata).”
