A police cordon has been thrown up around a popular Edinburgh park following a late night incident.
Emergency services were first spotted at the scene in Lochend Park, near Restalrig, on Sunday, April 2.
Two marked police vehicles remain in attendance on Monday morning but the nature of the incident is not currently known.
A picture obtained by Edinburgh Live shows the beauty spot in dim night light with blue police tape running along the entrance and two Police Scotland patrol cars sitting outside on the street.
An ambulance was also reportedly in attendance.
Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
