Cops in Lanarkshire step up hunt for missing 14-year-old

Police in Lanarkshire say they are “growing concerned” for the welfare of a missing teenager.

Taylor Mullen was last seen leaving an address in the Hawthorn Drive area of Wishaw around 6pm on Saturday.

Now officers are asking for help in tracing the 14-year-old.

A police source told Lanarkshire Live : “Taylor has not been seen since the evening of August 27 - there are growing concerns for his welfare.”

Taylor is described as being white, 5ft 5in tall, of slim build, with short fair hair.

He was last seen wearing, a black hoodie jumper, black Nike shorts and white Nike trainers.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101.

Information can also be left anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
