Police are no longer investigating the alleged attack of a schoolboy in Grangemouth earlier this week.
Officers were called in after reports a 10-year-old boy had been assaulted within a housing estate in the town around 5:30pm on Tuesday afternoon.
However, they now say that enquiries into the incident in Scougall Street have come to an ended with no arrests made.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Enquiries have come to an end. No further police action is required."
