Live from Anna Delvey, it’s ... fan art?
The 31-year-old wannabe German heiress and convicted con artist is trying to make her mark yet again, according to “Saturday Night Live” star Chloe Fineman.
The comedian, 33, who did a play on Delvey in a recent sketch on the NBC hit, took to Instagram this week to thank the latter for sending her fan art that left her “speechless.”
“This just came in the mail. Thank you so much, Anna Delvey. I am honestly speechless and don’t know what to say,” said Fineman, showing off the drawing memorializing the performance.
She then said in Delvey’s voice, “It’s very VIP and very exclusive. ... Anyway, and I have two, so someone’s getting a present. Wow, America’s f—ed up, but at least I have this.”
Fineman added in the caption: “ITS A MASTER PIECE B—ES! Thank you @theannadelvey for this ART. Verrrr VIP. The most EXCLUSIVE thing I own... I know it’s 4th of July and all... but this is too iconic not to share.”
Russian-born German Delvey, who was convicted in 2019 of grand larceny and theft of services for scams worth $275,000, was released for good behavior early last year. Having overstayed her visa, ICE took her into custody shortly thereafter.
Delvey’s cons inspired Shonda Rhimes’ Netflix show, “Inventing Anna,” which hit the streamer earlier this year and starred Julia Garner as Delvey.
