It's been a week of contrasting fortunes for Leeds United's loan contingent. Away from the hustle and bustle of Elland Road and any managerial talk, just four of the ten loanees got game time this week with their clubs.
Daniel James was an unused substitute for Marco Silva's Fulham as they ran out 2-0 winners over Nottingham Forest. It's now the third week in a row the winger has been left on the bench and hasn't started for the Cottagers since before the World Cup.
Defender Diego Llorente was also left on the bench as AS Roma were held at home by Lecce. Joe Gelhardt however, played 75 minutes as Sunderland ran out 1-0 winners over Reading at the Stadium of Light.

Staying in the Championship, Charlie Cresswell played the full 90 minutes for Millwall as they ran out 2-1 winners over QPR, with Jamie Shackleton coming off the bench for the Lions. Fellow Leeds United loanee Tyler Roberts missed that game for the Hoops through injury.
Elsewhere, Cody Drameh missed Luton Town's draw with Coventry City with a knock. Ian Poveda was also an unused substitute in Blackpool's draw with Rotherham United.
Almost forgotten man, Helder Costa, also missed Al-Ittihad's resounding win over Al-Adalah through injury while Mateusz Bogusz played 80 minutes for Ibiza as they drew 1-1 with Ponferradina.
