There has never been a scarier scene in the NFL than what happened to Damar Hamlin of the Buffalo Bills yesterday as he collapsed after making a tackle on Tee Higgins of the Cincinnati Bengals. Support from both teams, around the league, and the world for Hamlin after he suffered cardiac arrest on the field and received CPR before being transported to the University of Cincinnati hospital.
As this all transpired, links to Hamlin’s toy drive began getting passed around, and donation numbers have jumped from just a couple of thousand dollars to $3.3 million as the nation shows their support for the Bills’ safety. We at Browns Wire want to show our support for Hamlin as well and pass the link along. It is not too late to consider donating.
