Conor McGregor has been told by UFC light-heavyweight Aleksandr Rakic that he will only win another fight if he joins the WWE.
McGregor mocked athletes on the WWE roster following WrestleMania 38 last weekend by tweeting: Why wasn’t I at Wrestlemania? They all fear me, that’s why." His comments were not taken well by WWE athletes such as Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler.
Rakic, who is No.3 in the UFC light heavyweight rankings, replied to McGregor's tweet by writing: "Smart move to look already post real-fighting career and get some wins." McGregor, who has been tipped to make a switch to professional wrestling, has traded words with several members of the WWE roster in the past.

In 2016, McGregor said: “I have thought about [WWE]. For the most part, I think these guys are pussies, to be honest. They’re messed up p****** if you ask me. Fair play to Brock [Lesnar]; he got in and fought, but at the end of the day, he was juiced up to the f***ing eyeballs. How can I respect that? The other guy [CM Punk] hasn’t fought yet, so I don’t know about him yet.”
McGregor then followed up on his comments by tweeting: "I didn't mean no disrespect to the WWE fans. What I meant to say was that I'd slap the head off your entire roster. And twice on Sunday's."
Brock Lesnar is the only WWE star to successfully cross over to MMA. The talented high-school wrestler won the UFC heavyweight title in 2008, but his return to the cage in 2016 was overshadowed after failing a drugs test.
CM Punk - real name Phil Brooks - signed for the UFC in 2016 and debuted against Mickey Gall, but was choked out in the first round. He returned two years later, but lost again to journeyman Mike Jackson in a result which was later overturned to a no-contest after Jackson failed a drugs test.
McGregor, who has just one win in the last six years, has been sidelined since last July after breaking his tibia in a trilogy fight against Dustin Poirier. The Irishman is expected to make his UFC return later this year and has called out welterweight champion Kamaru Usman for his comeback fight.
Usman has played down the call out and said he would " murder " McGregor if they fought. 'Notorious' would have the chance to become the only three-weight champion in UFC history if he fought Usman.
