Conor McGregor brought the whole clan with him to his latest training session on the mat of a Taekwondo gym.
And The Notorious went into significant detail as to why he feels it's such a worthwhile practice for children to take part in.
He espoused how its teachings can aid a child's development beyond simply the obvious physical benefits of exercise.

He said: "Great Taekwondo training and with my kids too! All the traditional martial arts are really great methods of training, especially for children.
"Lengthening of the limbs, balance and control, freedom and dexterity. Bounce! Rapid change of direction etc etc. So many great benefits!
"If you can’t hold your leg out straight at high kick level and maintain your balance and control here, you can’t kick to the absolute level that you can kick at.
"I cannot yet kick to the absolute level I can kick it. But I’m aware of where I need to go. Awareness is half the battle won in combat."
In true McGregor fashion he also alluded to any foes out there who may have stumbled upon this particular social media post.
Hilariously switching tone mid-post, he continued: "Also I’ve the awareness that still despite all I am levels above all of those in my radar space of future fighting opponents. By a wide margin. Already, as is.
"And also that I’ve a steel bar in one of them. And it’s like a whip. And I don’t give a fuck.
"Let me tell you something. The first person I’m back fighting here is getting kicked around that cage.
"You are all garbage. You may have a little yup the yard kick in your arsenal but it’s not at the speed, the power, the length and the control that it could be!
"God bless, my fellow martial art and fighting enthusiasts, rent is due everyday. Everyday is school day."
While the 34-year-old's best days are likely behind him, there's no doubt he will go down as a legend of the sport.
Aside from becoming its biggest star by a country mile through his entertaining fighting style as well as his charisma on the mic, he tore through the UFC over an exhilarating rise as he claimed the featherweight and lightweight crowns.
Although he has dabbled in boxing since in order to secure the biggest pay cheque of his career, it's clear that mixed martial arts has always remained his favourite combat sport.
It's for that reason that he is intent on pursuing a comeback once his injury rehabilitation allows despite it being a long, long time since he had to fight because he needed the money.
